About Me

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re not convinced yet, you shouldn’t do it. Honestly, I wouldn’t either. So, check out the FAQs and if your question isn’t among them, drop me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can! (Normally within 24 hours.)

don’t worry, all you need is a bit of imagination, which we all have as we’re born with it, and even if you feel yours has been rusting away over the past decades, with the easy step-by-step approach, you’ll get Ideas and inspiration in no time, rest assured! None of the particpants have ever ended up with without a story, so I’m positive you will end up with a meaningful story by the end of it. and – not unlikely – you’ll want to follow the Storyteller Follow Up module to even expand it further (around …% of the people who took the basic module do, because they got so invested in their story!)
So, If my story or the I’m a Hero method has resonated with you at some point scrolling down this page, chances are quite good this is the right fit for you. Of course, other things could be a good fit too, I’m not saying this is the only right way for you, but it needs to at least resonate with you on some level for it to work for you. and if it didn’t resonate, you probably wouldn’t be reading this section now, because you would have left my website already. So, it seems that you’re kinda intrigued and the idea is sticking with you, so I’d say, feel safe to go ahead and sign up. Also, in any case, we have a 14-day money back guarantee in case you’re not satisfied, no questions asked. (Actually, I probably should have led with that…)
No, all the content is available to you right from the start. Of course, there is an order you’ll need to follow, but it’s not like the next content only becomes available once you’ve completed the previous lesson. Most people prefer it this way, but if the lack of structure that the word “self-Paced” implies scares you (because I’m sure you at least know that much about yourself already), then you can book weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions with me on a fixed time and day of the week to make sure that little voice in your head that just looooves to procrastinate doesn’t stand a chance! If, however, your schedule requires more flexibility, you can also book in sessions as you go through my calender tool. There you can change or cancel appointments with me as often as needed before up to 24-hour in advance before the cancellation policy takes effect. (You can read more about that here: [link])
Yes, it is and I’m not just going to leave You with and unsatisfying answer like: “It did for me and so it will for you too”. The Hero’s Journey is actually based on all the key story elements that Thousands of powerful legends, fairy tales, myths and folktales across the world have in some shape or form*. It’s basically the blueprint for meaningful stories because the protagonist goes through some form of transformation or growth. So, to write our own fictional story using this model, our protagonist becomes a sort of alter ego through which we live the story that we create. As you can only write from what you know, that protagonist will be fueled by your subconscious world and all its tangled and, let’s face it, far-from-true conclusions it has drawn about life and the self so far. Accessing your inner world, using the protagonist as a vessel as it were, makes The Hero’s Journey and the I’m a Hero Method very useful, insightful and, by extension, yes, powerful.

The Enneagram of Personality is a model that holds nine main types of personality, with many different subtypes as well as Levels and other additional categories to account for the complexity of human identities. Unlikely most personality models, it doesn’t base the classification on external behavior or preferences, but on something much deeper that forms in all of us from the day we are born: our main coping mechanisms developed as children to feel safe and secure in the face of trauma. As such, one’s identity can be seen as the armour we grew to protect ourselves from threats we perceived in our childhood environment. Hence, this model sheds a light on many more deeply rooted aspects of who we have become and what the wounds are we, now as adults, may heal in ourselves so our underlying essence can come to fore again. Because fo this, the Enneagram of Personality has a transformational power to it to a degree that other models simply don’t. That’s why I choose to add this model to the method as it’s incredibly rich in covering the deeper mental, emotional and spiritual aspects or our personalities.
No, not at all. You also don’t have to follow all three. Maybe only one or two appeal to you, then go ahead and only take those. Or if, after having completed the basic module, you feel you already have more enough insights to move on, then that’s fine too. Whatever works for you. You do, however, always need to do the basic module first, as the other modules build on from that one so taking them with having completed the basic module would render the follow-up modules a lot less useful.
